Conceived in April 2006, Building A was sold out within a record 24 hours. With a long waiting list in hand, the architects were sent back to the drawing table to design additional buildings...
Harmonious incorporation of the natural surroundings was a key factor in designing BlueMarine Residences, four townhouse-style buildings consisting of 15-17 apartments ranging from studios of 52m² (560 ft²) to 3 bedroom lofts of 165m² (1,775 ft²).
Bathrooms featuring jet tubs and walk-in showers with connecting solariums; open kitchens with stone countertops; terraces with built-in barbecues and sliding wooden shutters; and outdoor hot tubs.
Each residence is designed in relaxed elegance and comes complete with property amenities such as 24-hour gated security, on-site rental and management office, fitness room and sauna, elevators, common pool and large outdoor hot tub.

Located on the main road to AquaMarina (link) on the hill that divides the airport from the Mullet Bay Lagoon (link to Google Earth). Views include the Mullet Bay Golf Course and the Caribbean Sea.
