Construction News

March 26, 2008

Building B - at 14.00 Hrs., Wednesday, March 26 2008, the elevator roof was poured. With that last pour, we have completed all concrete for Buildings A and B

Building C: Level I - we anticipate pouring the concrete slab on April 1, next - no fooling!

Building D: Basement, the forming and pouring of both columns and walls is proceeding with alacrity and we expect to complete the same, by March 31

Building A:

- Concrete Roof is completed
- Level V - We will start the installation of starter row Concrete Masonry Units (CMU)
- Level IV - CMU starter row completed
- Level III - CMU starter row CMU completed
- Level II - CMU starter row CMU. completed
- Comfort Engineering - Air Conditioning ducting installation has commenced. We are making this the "trial floor", as to iron out the various kinks
- Level I - CMU starter row CMU completed
- Levels I thru V - plumbing foul waste, rough is installed

- Building B:

- All of the above is pretty much at the same stage of completion
- Form work stripping is ongoing, followed by the general clean up and moving of forming materials to Buildings C and D

Buildings C and D -Excavation to an elevation, below finish concrete road slab - has been completed

Building B, similar area, has been cleaned and we will commence excavation, shortly

Near Buildings C and D, new Reinforcing Staging Areas are being readied
