Fully-furnished studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom condos are available starting at $1,400.00 USD per month and are equipped with all major appliances. The development is ideal for holiday travelers with complete property amenities such as 24-hour gated security, on-site rental and management office, fitness room and sauna, elevators, common pool and large outdoor hot tub.

Standard features in all BlueMarine residences include luxury Italian finishes, full kitchens with stone countertops and KitchenAid appliances, Whirlpool washers and dryers, bathrooms with jet tubs and walk-in showers and connecting solariums, terraces with built-in barbecues and sliding wooden shutters, individually controlled air-conditioning in all rooms, high-speed Internet access, satellite TV, and pre-wired telephone lines. Some units feature outdoor hot tubs.
