Our studios are distinguished with designer accents and sleep two comfortably in a King-sized bed. Also included are a fully equipped kitchen complimented by stone countertops, washer/dryer and open terrace.
One-bedroom condos offer living areas, full kitchen, washer/dryer and Italian finishes throughout. Bathrooms indulge with jet tubs and walk-in showers with connecting solariums.
Our two-bedroom condos range from 1,270–1,528 square feet, in addition to spacious loft units at 1,592 square feet. Each offers expansive kitchens and elegantly designed bathrooms. Private terraces with built-in barbeques and hot tubs are perfect for entertaining. Satellite television offers with English, Italian and French channels.
Take advantage of convenient grocery delivery service where your selected favorites can be stocked in your fridge and cupboards before you even arrive. Also, be sure to ask about our chef and catering service to have a delicious meal prepared and served while you kick back and relax.

Standard features in all BlueMarine residences include luxury Italian finishes, full kitchens with stone countertops and KitchenAid appliances, Whirlpool washers and dryers, bathrooms with jet tubs and walk-in showers and connecting solariums, terraces with built-in barbecues, individually controlled air-conditioning, high-speed Internet access, satellite TV, and pre-wired telephone lines. Some units feature outdoor hot tubs.
